What can we say - this guitar was born to rock, classic looks with an attitude. The mahogany body delivers a sound with depth and sustain and the Indie pickups don't disappoint with plenty of guts to drive an amp hard. The pickups are voiced bright enough to compensate for the mahogany only body giving a nice balanced tone with a slight bias towards the vintage rather than modern sound. The guitar has a 628mm (24.7") scale length with a hard maple set neck with rosewood fingerboard. There is a two way truss rod for precise action adjustment and a graphite nut for tuning stability. This is a great quality LP copy with plenty of style and a quality that belies its price tag. Comes with Indie gig bag.

A mahogany body with a nice quilted maple cap which shows clearly through the Tobacco Sunburst finish. The body is finished with neat cream binding and the body and neck are edged with abalone. The rosewood fingerboard features Fleur de Lys inlays. The electrics are standard 3 way switching with a pair of volume and tone controls per pickup. This guitar really benefits from the maple top, delivering a crispness to the highs that makes this a superb sounding rock guitar - with plenty of gain this has the clarity and bite to really cut it in any situation. This guitar excels at modern high gain rock sounds and really needs to be heard and played to appreciate what it is capable of. Clean sounds are also good, bright and clear with enough depth to fill out your sound.
Indie Shape Extreme Plus: £709
This guitar features a mahogany body and a set neck - the body being hand carved as you can see from the photos- the same pattern is echoed in the rosewood fingerboards inlays. Hardware is a black tune-o-matic style bridge with through body stringing with locking Grover tuners at the top end. Pickups here are enhanced by an active tone circuit and the added versatility of a coil tap accessible from the two mini switches alongside the single volume and tone. This is definitely a rock guitar the pickups are hot and aggressive with the active circuit taking things up to another level - the coil tap backs off the power a little but dont expect anything thin or weedy!
WIthin the context of rock this is quite a versatile guitar with its switching options and well worth considering if you want a guitar people will remember you for!
