Since 1992 Brian Moore has been building innovative guitars that blend the best of art and technology, resulting in extremely versatile instruments. Based in LaGrange 75 miles north of New York City, their hand-made custom shop guitars are rated amongst the best in the world today.
Brian Moore guitars combine a mix of old and new with classically inspired solid body shapes and a host of modern technology. The guitars come in a variety of styles with bolt on or through necks and all feature a figured maple top and beatifully curved ergonomic mahogany body. One thing we particularly like about the Brian Moore's is the richness and depth to the tone that they achieve despite being thinner and lighter than most guitars. For guitar synth users the RMC piezo offers better tracking than external pickups. All the Brian Moore's benefit from an inspection and setup in their NYC Custom Shop facility.
There are three ranges of instrument:
The Chinese made i1000 series - great value guitars, offering the same distinctive Brian Moore look as the custom instruments.
The Korean made i2000 series - a step up in specification with Seymour Duncan pickups and Sperzel locking machines.
The American custom shop guitars - hand made using the best possible materials. These guitars feature the some of the best figured maple tops you will see anywhere.
All the iGuitar models can be specified with an in-built RMC piezo for authentic acoustic tones which in turn can be specified to output to a 13-pin connectors to allow control of the latest in guitar synthesizers. We always have a guitar synthesizer available to try out these intruments - speak to Pete to arrange a test drive. The latest models can now be fitted with a USB connection to connect directly into a computer
